Accepting your body is the opposite of giving up.
Too many people reject the idea of body acceptance because they think if they accept the body they’re currently in it would mean they are burying their head in the sand and giving up on changing it.
Body acceptance and desiring to live your full life experience (ie self-improvement) are not opposite sides of a spectrum. It’s not acceptance or change. You can have both.
In fact, body acceptance is a requirement to you living your full life experience and a prerequisite to experiencing transformation.
In episode 71 of our podcast – Fitness & Sushi, Deanna and I are going to help you redefine the idea of body acceptance so you can stop waiting to be comfortable and confident in your own skin, while continuing to work on being the best version of your self.
In this episode – “How to Accept Your Body Without Feeling Like You’re Giving Up”, you’ll learn…
