Always trying to fix your overeating by undereating just makes you a really good over and undereater.
I’ll be the first to admit it makes sense on paper. In theory the numbers all balance out in the short-term.
But long-term outcomes are driven by thoughts and actions, and trying to overcompensate by eating less every time you eat too much, just habitualizes unwanted behaviors.
It also fuels the over and undereating cycle. The overeating leads to undereating, and the undereating leads to overeating. Round and round we go.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The approach you want to take will stop that cycle dead in its tracks, and in episode 75 of our podcast – Fitness & Sushi, Deanna and Tony will show you exactly how to address this common struggle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In this episode – “How to Deal With Unwanted Overeating”, you’ll learn…
