There’s a balance between pushing yourself with a no excuses mentality and enabling yourself into doing less than you’re capable of.
Both of these scenarios are extremes and have negative consequences.
The no excuses approach brings a lot of guilt and shame when you inevitably have a valid reason for not taking action. And enabling yourself leads to too much inaction, which results in frustration from lack of progress.
There’s a middle ground, but it requires you know the difference between a reason and an excuse, and know when to push yourself and when to listen to your body.
In episode 79 of Fitness & Sushi, Deanna and Tony are going to help you understand and achieve that balance so you can break free from the extremes that keep you stuck, and start making progress towards your ideal body.
In this episode – “How to Push Yourself Without Falling Into the No Excuses Trap”, you’ll learn…
