“I want to lose xx pounds.”
This is the typical type of goal people set. Seems innocent enough. But there’s one big problem – it’s an outcome. And we don’t do outcomes – they happen.
That’s not to say outcome-based goals aren’t useful. They are extremely important for helping you reverse engineer the things you need to do and the person you need to be for that outcome to become a reality.
But that’s about the extent of their usefulness. An over focus on outcome based goals tends to result in short-term progress that ends once that initial spark of motivation dwindles.
So in episode 59 of our podcast – Fitness & Sushi, Deanna and I are going to show you a better way to approach your goal setting. More importantly, we’re going to show you a whole new way of bringing the things you want into your life.
In this episode – “How to Set Goals That Don’t End in Failure”, you’ll learn…
🔶 Why the traditional way for setting goals is rarely effective
🔶 What you need to focus on to make your goals a reality
🔶 How setting effective goals helps you achieve transformation faster
🔶 How to use the be, do, have framework
🔶 The key to making your behaviors stick
🔶 Why Deanna can’t let the primal brain topic go
…and much more!
