Hating your body never changes it in the long term. In fact, body hate is one of the single greatest obstacles to transformation.
I hated my body for more than a decade. The only thing that accomplished was sporadic periods of leanness shrouded in body insecurity and a small life experience.
It wasn’t until I made the conscious choice to start accepting my body and moving away from hating it that my life truly changed.
As a result of appreciating and respecting my body, my eating became more consistent and less weight loss focused. My body stopped swinging between extreme leanness followed by 30lb weight gains. And I went from living an insecure life to one of more confidence.
But it wasn’t the easiest struggle to overcome.
