Stop choosing exercise you don’t enjoy just to get the body you want.
Why? Because you end up with no enjoyment and no body. And by “body” I mean that arbitrary appearance you’re chasing in order to hopefully improve your body image.
You can power through any type of physical activity in the short term. And yes – it will have an affect on your body. But the changes will never last so long as your sole purpose of exercise is body control.
