So many people are not living their full life experience because they’re worried what other people are thinking of their body.
The problem is we have no idea of knowing what other people are thinking. So if no one actually says anything about you, it’s actually your own thoughts and judgements you’re afraid of.
And even if someone does say something, they are just mirroring back their own judgements of themselves. It’s not personal.
