Here are your next steps:
Step 1: Before your training give some thought to this question – “How would my life experience change if I were living my Ideal Body?”
Step 2: Bring a pen and paper to the training, or another means to take notes.
Step 3: Check your inbox for your confirmation email. It contains the link to join your training.
Step 4: Show up feeling comfortable! Wear pajamas if you want. Nobody, including me, can see you. You’ll just be watching me show you how to change your life!
