- You must be a paying member of the Built Daily community. While the podcast is public for all to listen to, only members may submit questions.
- Please keep your questions concise and not too lengthy. Keep in mind that I’ll be reading your question out loud.
- Questions should fall in line with the teachings of the Ideal Body Formula, which means they should center around your relationships with food, body, exercise, and mind.
An example question might be …
