And while I take your results seriously, I am not a bootcamp style coach who yells at their clients and promotes the whole “no pain no gain” or “no excuses” mentality.
I am a compassionate person who understands the complexities and intimate nature of weight loss.
I’ve been through my own debilitating body image struggles, and I’ve had to overcome a horrible binge eating disorder too.
So I know how important body positivity is and creating a safe place for change. And I know how important it is to eat in a sustainable way that makes you feel your best mentally, emotionally, and physically.
My clients are typically 90% female ranging in age from 30-60 years old. They usually weigh anywhere from 120lbs (people who want body composition / performance improvements), all the way to around 250lbs (people who are looking primarily for weight loss).
This is my sweet spot with clients and where I have the majority of my experience. If you fall into the above then I am a great fit for your success.
